MOC 2007: GREAT FINISH IN ALTAMURA
 This morning Altamura hosted the Gran Prix Endas, last stage of Mediterranean Orienteering Championship 2007, arranged by Sporting Club Catalano with the partnership of the Ministry of the Environment, the main sponsor Alta Murgia National Park and the support of the Italian Army.
In the Men Elite class the race was won by Slowakian Marian Davidik, ahead of Alexey Bortnik, averall winner of MOC 2007, and Swiss Matthias Muller, the best runner in the Mediterranean Cup in Bari.
Among women, the winner was Annika Billstam from Sweden, with finnish Laura Hokka and Dana Brozkova from Czech Republic in the top three.
The best runners of the Gran Prix Endas were awarded by the Altamura Sport Councillor, Giovanni Saponaro, the president of Sporting Club Catalano, Marcello Dibattista, the councillor of Alta Murgia National Park Francesco Greco, and MOC 2007 Event Manager and president of PWT Italia Gabriele Viale.
